 چکیده

در نظام تربیتی قرآن، اعمال انسان با واژه های متعددی توصیف و ارزیابی شده است. مفهوم «عمل صالح» یکی از مهم ترین و پرکاربردترین مفاهیم قرآنی است که اشاره به کیفیتی متعالی از عمل انسانی در مقایسه با سایر اعمال نیک دارد. هرچند واژه های توصیف کننده اعمال نیک در قرآن کریم مشابهت هایی با یکدیگر دارند، اما هر یک دارای مفهومی منحصر به فرد و متمایز نیز هست. از این رو، هدف این مقاله کاوش در معنای «عمل صالح» بر اساس نظریه «انسان عامل» و با تأکید بر ابعاد اجتماعی عمل و بیان وجوه تمایز آن با سایر مفاهیم مترادف است. به این منظور، به استنباط مولفه های عمل صالح بر اساس نظریه مذکور پرداخته شده و از تفاسیر سوره عصر به عنوان شواهدی در راستای تحلیل معنای عمل صالح بهره گرفته شده است. بر مبنای یافته ها، وجوه متمایز عمل صالح از سایر مفاهیم مشابه شامل چهار بُعد است: 1. تعقل و خردورزی؛ 2. ایمان و اخلاص؛ 3. عزم و 4. طراحی و آینده نگری که می توان برآیند آنها را تحت مفهوم «راهبردی» بودن ارائه نمود. بر این اساس، عمل صالح عملی راهبردی و انعطاف پذیر است که با توجه به موقعیت خلق می شود. چنین تلقی ای از عمل صالح، مفهومی فردگرایانه نیست، بلکه نشان دهنده حضور فعال و پویای صالحین در جامعه است. در پایان، دلالت های تربیتی و کاربردی این مفهوم برای مدیریت زندگی اجتماعی ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

The human actions have been described and evaluated by multiple words in the educational context of Quran. The concept of “Amal-e Saleh” is one of the most important and most frequent concepts in Quran that refers to a high quality of human action in comparison to other good actions. Although the words in Quran describing good actions have similarities with each other, each one has its unique and distinctive meaning. Therefore this study aims to explore the meaning of “Amal-e Saleh” based on the theory of “human as an agent” with emphasis on social dimensions of action and to present its differential aspects with other similar concepts. According to the results, the differential aspects of Amal-e Saleh include four dimensions: 1. Rationalism; 2. Faith and Sincerity; 3. Determination and 4. Designing and foresight; while all of them could be abstracted as being “strategic”. Such an interpretation is not an individualistic concept, but rather indicates the active presence of “Salehin” in society. Finally the educational and practical implications of this concept for managing the social life have been elucidated.
