 چکیده

زمینه: انسان برای برطرف کردن نیازهای زندگی خود به تعامل وارتباط با دیگران وابسته است، اما با درنگی کوتاه متوجه می شویم در روابط بین افراد نابسامانی ها و نابهنجارهایی وجود دارد که به سردی روابط منجر می شود. مجموعه عواملی کهباعث اختلال در روابط می شود را سد های ارتباطی می نامند. هدف نوشته ی پیش رو، یافتن راهکارهای بر طرف کردن موانع ارتباطات انسانی با تامل در آموزه های دینی است. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی، با رویکرد قرآنی- روایی است که پس از طرح نکات مقدماتی و بیان موانع ارتباطی، با جستجو در آیات و روایات به مجموعه ای از راهکارها پرداخته است . یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که؛ سه راهکار:بینشی،کنشی و انگیزشی را می توان برای برطرف کردن موانع و بهبود ارتباطات انسان -با تامل در متون دینی- مشاهده کرد. نتیجهی تحقیق بیان می کند که اولین گام در این مساله "روش بینشی "است تا نگاه فرد نسبت به خود، خدا ودیگران تغییر نکند و انسان به شناخت درستی از پیرامون خود نرسد هیچ اقدامی ثمر بخش نیست. در قدم بعدی انگیزه فرد باید تغییر کند، (روش انگیزشی) شخص باید مثبت نگر باشد،با دیگران همدلی و همراهی کند، حسن خلق داشته و از لغزش افراد به راحتی در گذرد. در انتها با روش کنشی ،رفتار خود را با دیگران اصلاح نماید. شایان توجه است که در آموزه های دینی بر توامان بودن همه ی راهکارها با هم توصیه شده است

Solutions and methods for overcoming the barriers of human relationships

چکیده [English]

Background: Human beings depend on interacting with others in order to meet the needs of their lives, but with a little consideration, we will notice abnormalities and disorganizations between human relationships that cause cool communications. The set of factors that leads to distribution in relationships are called communication barriers. The aim of present study is to find solutions for the obstacles of human relationships with reflecting the religious teachings. The research method is descriptive-analytic with Quranic-narrative approach that after introducing the introduction points and expressing the barriers of communication, has addressed a set of solutions by searching the verses and narrations. The results of study indicate that three strategies can be observed to overcome barriers and improve the human relationships by considering the religious texts: insight, interaction and motivational. The results of study suggest that the first step in this problem is “insight method” to change the view of individual of himself, God and others, and if man doesn’t reach to a right understanding of his surrounding, no action can be fruitful. The motivation of individuals must be changed in the next step, (motivational method) the individuals should have positive view, accompany and sympathy with others, have a good mood, and forgive the wrong doing of others easily. Finally, individuals should modify their behavior with others in the action method. It is worth noting that religious teachings have been recommended as combination of all solutions.
